Level I Formation Dates
Part 1: June 9-12 & July 14-17 2025
Part 2: TBA (hopefully all in June 2026)

Schedule: 9am-4:30pm daily with a one hour break for lunch
Mass offered at Noon daily

Cost: $400 TOTAL for Level I
Part 1 ($200) due prior to June 9, 2025
Part 2 ($200) due prior to 2026 dates

Paying Online includes credit processing fee

Additional Costs for the Course:
$50/parish for access to online materials manual to build CGS items
$80/parish for course books (includes shipping, diocese has some copies to loan or gift)

Additional Costs to begin CGS at your school/parish:
There will be a cost in money and especially in time to make materials for your atrium/classroom. It can be anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars depending on your approach. You will NOT need all materials in your first year. We strongly encourage you to engage your parish in helping to get you started through donations, service projects or fundraisers. The diocese has also invested in some unfinished wooden materials which can be gifted to parishes who are committed to getting CGS started. Once you create materials the ongoing curriculum and materials costs are quite low.

PARKING is free of charge and available but participants must sign in vehicles daily. We are on the campus of the University of Missouri and we sell parking spots to MU students to support our campus ministry program.

Note: You are registering for both 2025 & 2026 (parts 1 & 2). An online payment form will be distributed for 2026/part 2 fees in fall 2025.

Auditors welcome.
We would appreciate contributions in the form of host beds for participants, childcare help, food or materials donations.
